SuperClean Services is located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to carpet cleaning (hot-water extraction and low-moisture encapsulation), upholstery cleaning (with fabric protection and odor elimination), tile and grout cleaning (high-pressure steam cleaning, sealing, and polishing), stain removal, area rug cleaning, drapery cleaning, and specialized services such as dockside yacht and boat cleaning. We serve areas including Jupiter, Abacoa, Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, and surrounding regions. All services are performed by experienced professionals using safe, pet- and child-friendly methods.

Service Delivery: Services are scheduled based on availability, with options for same-day service (e.g., before noon for carpets). We aim for efficient completion, with carpets drying in 1-2 hours. Add-ons like stain protection or bundling (e.g., 20% off tile with carpet) may apply.

Changes and Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the estimated service cost. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment issues) and will notify you promptly.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will re-clean the area for free or refund the service fee, at our discretion. Claims must be made within 7 days of service completion.

Safety and Access: You must provide safe access to the service area, remove valuables, and ensure pets/children are secured. We are not liable for damage to items not removed or for pre-existing conditions.

4. Payments and Pricing

Pricing: Prices are based on estimates provided during booking and may vary based on job size, condition, or add-ons. All prices exclude taxes unless stated.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon service completion via cash, check, credit card, or other accepted methods. Overdue payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.

Refunds: Refunds are issued under the satisfaction guarantee or for cancellations by us. No refunds for completed services unless guaranteed otherwise.
