Cancellation Policy

Super Clean Services – Booking Policy & Terms of Service (Last updated: November 2025) By booking a cleaning service or requesting an estimate with Super Clean Services (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Super Clean Services”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following terms. This policy forms a binding agreement between you and Super Clean Services LLC. 1. Estimates & Quotes All estimates are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information you provide (square footage, condition, number of rooms, pets, etc.). We reserve the right to adjust the final price by up to 30% on-site if the actual conditions differ materially from the information provided (e.g., extreme hoarding, biohazards, construction dust, pet hair beyond normal levels, etc.). Any additional work requested on the day of service (add-ons, extra rooms, oven interior, fridge, etc.) will be charged at our current hourly or flat-rate add-on pricing. 2. Booking & Deposit A cleaning appointment is only confirmed once: You receive a written confirmation email/text from us, AND A non-refundable deposit (minimum 50% of total or $100, whichever is greater) is paid, OR full payment is received for jobs under $300. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any booking at our sole discretion without liability. 3. Payment Terms Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless a prior commercial credit account has been approved. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (processed via Stripe/Square), ACH, Zelle, or cash. We do not accept personal checks. A 3.5% processing fee may be added to all card transactions over $500. Unpaid balances after 7 days will accrue a 1.5% monthly late fee and may be sent to collections. You agree to pay all collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs if we prevail. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (by Client) More than 48 hours before start time → deposit is credited toward a future service within 90 days (no cash refund). 24–48 hours before start time → 50% of the total job price is forfeited. Less than 24 hours or no-show → 100% of the total job price is charged/forfeited. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling (by Super Clean Services) We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, illness, vehicle issues, or other unforesee
